Rescuing beardies in need.

Rescuing beardies in need sometimes is hard, what you see, how they were cared for is unreal. Most of the time it is uneducated owners. Common problem is not having the correct UVB which causes MBD. Baby beardies are more fragile then adults. I just picked up 10 baby beardies, 4 weeks old from a back yard breeder. They were ok, but were not fed enough. 1 has already passed away. Being that small any kind of stress can kill them besides having other problems like being starved. This is something I see a lot when rescuing , I never know what kind of shape beardies are in until I can evaluate them. I do a lot of picking up and transporting beardies to a non profit rescue I volunteer and foster for. Here are pictures of the 10 babies I picked up. One thing is very important that I have posted before is this, if you don't know how to care for a rescue please do not do it, you could do more harm then good. Find someone that knows how to care for them or can help you.
